摘要
纳米粘土 /聚合物复合材料因其具有优异的性能是目前材料科学研究的热点 .简要回顾了纳米粘土 /聚合物复合材料研究的发展概况 ;以蒙脱土和高岭土为例 ,介绍了纳米粘土 /聚合物复合材料的制备方法和原理 ;并从热力学角度对插层复合过程进行了分析 ,在此基础上提出了影响插层反应的因素及插层剂的选择原则 .
At the present,nanoclay/polymer composites are the focus of research on materials science due to their superior properties.General situation of their research and development are reviewed briefly;taking the cases of smectite and kaolin,introduced their preparation method and principle;discussed the intercalation compounding process on the basis of thermodynamic analysis;put forward the affecting factor of intercalation reaction and the selection of intercalation agents.
