摘要
目的观察浓缩生长因子联合Biooss引导骨再生在炎症期即刻种植中的临床效果研究。方法随机选取2015年6月~2018年6月在夏邑县人民医院口腔科行炎症期即刻种植的70例患者。采用数字表法随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例,患牙各35颗。对照组采取Biooss引导骨再生术治疗,观察组采取浓缩生长因子联合Biooss引导骨再生术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者龈沟液中PD-L_1、hBD_(-3)等炎症反应标志物含量均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);同时观察组患者高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM1)、E-选择素(E-se1ectin)等炎症反应标志物含量及疼痛程度评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对牙周炎患者炎症期即刻种植中采取浓缩生长因子联合Biooss引导骨再生术治疗,可有效抑制炎症反应,减轻患者疼痛程度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of concentrated growth factor combined with Biooss to guide bone regeneration in immediate implantation in the inflammatory phase. Methods A total of 70 patients admitted to Department of Stomatology, Xiayi County People's Hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by digital table method, 35 cases in each group and 35 teeth each. Patients in the control group were treated with Biooss guided bone regeneration, while patients in the observation group were treated with concentrated growth factor combined with Biooss guided bone regeneration. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of inflammatory markers such as PD-L_1 and hBD_(-3) in the gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). At the same time, the high mobility group box-1(HMGB1) and intercellular cells were observed in the observation group. The levels of inflammatory response markers and pain scores of adhesion molecules-1(ICAM1) and E-selectin were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05). ConclusionConcentrated growth factors combined with Biooss guided bone regeneration in the immediate implantation of periodontitis patients can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response and reduce the pain level of patients.
