摘要
目的:探究诊断孕期胎儿畸形中彩色多普勒超声诊断仪的价值。方法:选取本院2017年1月~2018年1月不同孕期患者1488例,对其借助彩色多普勒超声诊断仪予以检查,观察对比不同孕周胎儿畸形检出情况。结果:本次共检测出55例畸形胎儿,其中孕周为20~27w的检出例数最高,孕周为28~36w的检测率最低,两组相比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断仪可检出胎儿畸形情况,具有较高的临床检测价值。
Objective： To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument for diagnosis of fetal malformation during pregnancy. Methods： 1488 cases of 2017.1-2018.1 during pregnancy in our hospital were selected and examined by color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus. The fetal malformations in diferent gestational weeks were observed and compared. Results： A total of 55 fetuses were detected in this study. Among them, the highest number of cases was 20-27w in gestational age, and the lowest detection rate was 28-36w in gestational age. There was a signifcant diference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument can be used to detect fetal malformation, and has a high clinical value.
