摘要
科学学位研究生的培养对于提高我国医学科学研究水平、培养创新型人才及医学研究的可持续发展起到重要的推动作用。本文从课题选择、开题报告、实验技能、科研诚信、论文写作与发表等方面谈了作者多年来培养科学学位研究生的体会与做法,强调应重点培养其科研创新能力,加强科研诚信监督,以培养出高素质、创新型医学人才。
The training of graduate students in medical science degree plays an important role in improving the research level of medical science,Training Innovative Talents and promoting the sustainable development of medical science research in China.This article talks about some practices on selection of research subjects,research proposal,experimental skill,research integrity,paper writing and publication during the cultivation of postgraduates.Emphasis should be placed on cultivating scientific research innovation ability and supervision over the integrity of scientific research in order to cultivate high-quality innovative medical personnel.
