摘要
"工匠精神"是依附于工匠而存在的一种精神现象或特有品质。它的内涵包括匠心、专精、执念、尚德。工匠精神的生成之阶有三个层级:一是新手磨合和精神孕育阶段,二是成为能手和精神形成阶段,三是成为专家和精神完型阶段。工匠精神的培育之径是育心、崇德、精技。
The craftsman spirit is a kind of spiritual phenomenon or peculiar quality which is attached to craftsman.The connotation of craftsman spirit includes craftsmanship,speciality,obsessiveness and esteeming virtue. There are three stages to generate the craftsman spirit： the first is the novice running-in and spirit gestation stage,the second is to become expert and spiritual formation stage,the third is to become experts and mental completion stage. The cultivation channels of craftsman spirit is the spirit nurturing,moral advocating and fine skills.
