摘要
技能型军士是我军建设发展的重要力量,针对实践课程的特点及在技能型军士人才培养中的作用,研究了技能型军士培养中“工匠精神”的内涵、构成要素及生成之路,阐述了教员在“工匠精神”培育中的设计和引领作用,并从课程设计、组织实施和有效评价三个阶段,探索了在实践课程教学中实施“工匠精神”培育的策略,从而全面提升技能型军士人才的综合能力。
Skilled sergeants are important force in the construction and development of our army.According to the characteristics of practical courses and their role in the cultivation of skilled sergeants,the connotation,constituent elements,formation characteristics and generation path of"craftsman spirit"in the cultivation of skilled sergeants are studied,and the designing and leading role of teachers in the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"are expounded.From the three stages of course design,organization and implementation,and effective evaluation,the cultivating strategy of"craftsman spirit"in practical course teaching is explored,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of skilled sergeant comprehensively.
