摘要
分析食品加工实验设计课程教学中亟待解决的问题,从教学内容调整、教学模式创新和综合素质培养3个方面进行深入探索,结合教学实践,梳理出该课程教学改革的思路与方法,以期为改善教学效果与提高学生综合素质提供参考。
This paper analyzed the problems that need to be solved urgently in the course of food processing experiment design,explored in depth from three points of teaching content adjustment, teaching model innovation and comprehensive quality training, and sort out the thought and method of the teaching reform combining with the teaching practice, in order to provide reference for improving the teaching result and students’ comprehensive quality.
