摘要
目的:探讨电针结合牵引治疗在青年人腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将2015年12月-2017年12月泉州市光前医院收治的120例青年腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组采用牵引治疗,观察组在采用牵引治疗的同时联合电针治疗。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者的症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90%,对照组为63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前患者疼痛、腰部功能评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牵引结合电针治疗对青年人腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with traction therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in young people.Method：From December 2015 to December 2017,120 cases of youth lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（60 cases） and the control group（60 cases）,the control group by traction treatment,the observation group by the traction treatment and electroacupuncture treatment at the same time.The improvement of symptoms and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result：The total effective rate was 90% in the observation group and 63% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups of pain and lumbar function evaluation before treatment,and the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traction combined with electroacupuncture has a significant effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in young people.
