摘要
目的观察通督整脊疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将解放军天津疗养院2010年1月—2014年12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者575例随机分成通督整脊疗法组290例、常规针刺组285例,通督整脊疗法组采用通督整脊疗法,常规针刺组采用常规针刺方法,比较两组总有效率、止痛效果及腰椎功能改善情况。结果1通督整脊疗法组疗效明显优于常规针刺组(P<0.01);2首次治疗后即刻及治疗后20 d通督整脊疗法组视觉模拟评分均显著低于常规针刺组和本组治疗前(P<0.05,P<0.01);3治疗后20 d、治疗后3个月两组腰椎功能评分显著高于本组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后3个月两组腰椎功能评分与治疗后20 d比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后20 d通督整脊疗法组腰椎功能评分显著高于常规针刺组(P<0.05)。结论通督整脊疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效、止痛快。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongdu spinal rotation massage in treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods A total of 575 patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into Tongdu spinal rotation massage group （group A, n = 290） and conventional acupuncture group （group B, n = 285）. Group A underwent Tongdu spinal rotation massage therapy, while group B underwent conventional acupuncture therapy. The curative effect, analgesic effect and lumbar functional improvement were compared in the two groups. Re- suits The curative effect in group A was significantly superior to that in group B （P 〈 0.01 ）. The visual analogue scale （VAS） scores immediately and 20 d after the treatment in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and be- fore the treatment in the same group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The lumbar function scores 20 d and 3 months after the treatment in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment in the same group （P 〈 0.05） ; while there were no significant differences in lumbar function scores between 20 d and 3 months after the treatment in the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The lumbar function score 20 d after the treatment in group A was significantly higher than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongdu spinal rotation massage in treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion is safe and effective with quick analgesia.
