SP、β内啡肽表达与慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨P物质(SP)、β内啡肽表达与慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CPPS)的相关性。方法:选取2015年2月至2017年3月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院治疗的CPPS患者83例作为CPPS组,同时选取健康志愿者80例作为对照组,采用放射免疫分析法和酶联免疫分析法检测血浆SP和β内啡肽水平,同时采用美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分表(NIH-CPSI)对患者病情进行评估。结果:CPPS组血浆SP水平为(1102.35±104.28)pg/ml,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;而β内啡肽水平为(160.47±39.92)pg/ml,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;不同病情程度CPPS患者血浆SP和β内啡肽水平比较(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;CPPS患者治疗后NIH-CPSI评分和SP水平分别为(13.29±6.12)分和(754.39±110.23)pg/ml,均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;而β内啡肽水平为(201.28±40.04)pg/ml,较治疗前升高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。;血浆SP与NIH-CPSI评分呈正相关(r=0.438,P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。而β内啡肽水平与NIH-CPSI评分呈负相关(r=-0.401,P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。。结论:CPPS患者血浆SP明显升高,而β内啡肽明显降低,两者可能在CPPS疾病发生发展中有一定作用。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of expression of substance P (SP) and β-endorphin with chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS). Methods: 83 patients with CPPS treated in the First Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected as CPPS group and 80 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The plasma SP and β-endorphin level were detected by radio immunoassay and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the patient's conditions were assessed by the National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI). Results: The level of plasma SP in CPPS group was (1102. 35 ± 104. 28) pg/ml,which was higher than that of control group (P〈 0. 05); The β-endorphin level of CPPS group was (160. 47 ± 39. 92) pg/ml,which was significantly lower than of control group (P〈 0. 05); the difference in plasma SP and β-endorphin lever of CPPS patients with different disease severity was statistically significant (P〈 0. 05). The NIH-CPSI score and SP level of CPPS patients after treatment were (13. 29 ± 6. 12) and (754. 39 ± 110. 23) pg/ml,which were lower than those before treatment (P〈 0. 05); the β-endorphin level after treatment was (201. 28 ± 40. 04) pg/ml,which was higher than that before treatment (P〈 0. 05). Plasma SP was positively correlated with NIH-CPSI score (r = 0. 438,P〈 0. 05),but the β-endorphin level was negatively correlated with the NIH-CPSI score (r =-0. 401,P〈 0. 05). Conclusions: Plasma SP in patients with CPPS increase significantly,while β-endorphin decrease significantly,which may both play a role in the occurrence and development of CPPS disease.
