摘要
以部分中和的丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,在聚乙烯醇溶液中共聚,通过静电纺丝技术制备超吸水纤维。分别研究了纺丝电压、喷孔直径和固化距离对静电纺超吸水纤维形态结构的影响。结果表明,纺丝电压增加,纤维平均直径随之减小;喷孔直径增大,纤维平均直径随之增大;固化距离增大,纤维平均直径先增大后减小。
Through using part neutralized acrylic acid (AA) and acrylic amide(AM) as monomer in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)solution, superabsorbent fibers were prepared by electrospinning. The effects of spinning voltage, nozzle diameter and solidified distance on the morphology of superabsorbent fibers were studied. The results showed that the average diameters of superabsorbent fibers decreased with the increasing of electrospinning voltage, with the enlargement of nozzle diameter, the average diameters increased; the average diameters increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing of solidified distance.
