摘要
以纳米细菌纤维素(NBC)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为骨架材料,淀粉和正戊烷为造孔剂,通过交联制备NBC/PVA双骨架吸水海绵;研究了NBC含量对NBC/PVA双骨架吸水海绵的结构、密度、硬度、吸水率、保水率及吸水速率的影响。结果表明:随着NBC含量的增加,NBC/PVA双骨架吸水海绵的孔径分布趋于均匀,孔径逐渐缩小,硬度先降低后增强,NBC的骨架支撑作用增强;当NBC质量分数达到1%时,NBC/PVA双骨架吸水海绵的吸水速率最大;当NBC质量分数达到2%时,NBC/PVA双骨架吸水海绵的密度最小;当NBC质量分数达到3%时,NBC/PVA双骨架吸水海绵的吸水率由未添加时的340%提高到440%,保水率由未添加时的54%提高到91%。
A nano bacterial cellulose/polyvinyl alcohol (NBC/PVA) double-skeleton absorbent sponge was prepared with NBC and PVA as the skeleton material and starch and n -pentane as the pore-forming agents by crosslinking reaction. The influence of the NBC content on the structure, density, hardness, water absorption, water retention and water absorption rate of the NBC/ PVA double-skeleton absorbent sponge was studied. The results showed that the NBC/PVA double-skeleton absorbent sponge hole became small and compact, the hardness went down first and then up, and the support of NBC skeleton was enhanced as the NBC content was increased; the water absorption rate of the NBC/PVA double-skeleton absorbent sponge was maximized as the NBC content reached 1% by mass fraction ; the density of the NBC/PVA double-skeleton absorbent sponge was minimized as the NBC content reached 2% by mass fraction; the water absorption of the NBC/PVA double-skeleton absorbent sponge was in- creased from 340% to 440% and the water retention was increased from 54% to 91% as the NBC content was increased to 3% by mass fraction.
