摘要
静电纺丝技术制成的纳米纤维因比表面积大、直径小以及高孔隙率等特点而被各个领域广泛关注。特别在医学领域,纳米纤维已经成功地用于医用敷料载体、药物释放载体和组织工程支架等。当前,以静电纺丝纤维作为复合医用敷料载体的研究得到了一定的发展,并成为医用材料领域的一个新课题。本文用具备良好生物可降解性和生物相容性的聚己内酯(Polycaprolactone,简称PCL)作为药物载体,通过了静电纺丝法方法结合生物显微镜观察分别研究了纺丝液PCL浓度、纺丝电压、射流推进速度、接收距离对PCL纳米纤维形貌的影响,由此确定纺丝的最佳工艺,并采用姜黄素作为药物对PCL纤维膜进行载药初探究,为聚己内酯复合医用敷料提供了新思路。
Nanofibers produced by electrospinning technology are widely concerned in various fields because of their excellent properties,including large specific surface area,small diameter,and high porosity.Especially in the field of medical,nanofibers have been successfully used as composite medical dressing carriers,drug delivery carriers,and tissue engineering scaffolds.Nowadays,the use of electrospun fibers as a carrier for composite medical dressings has been developed to some extent and has become a new topic in medical materials.In this work,Polycaprolactone(PCL)with good biodegradability and biocompatibility was used as drug carrier.The effects of PCL concentration,spinning voltage,jet propulsion speed and receiving distance on the morphology of PCL nanofibers were studied by electrospinning method and biomicroscopy.Therefore,the best spinning process was determined,and curcumin was used as drug to carry out drug loading on PCL fiber membrane,which provided a new idea for polycaprolactone composite medical dressing.
