摘要
香港、澳门和台湾自古以来就是我国领土不可分割的一部分，但众所周知，香港被英国殖民占领，澳门被葡萄牙占领。台湾原本和大陆同根同源，但由于1949年国民党退守台湾之后，台湾地区就和大陆实行了不同的社会制度。香港、澳门、台湾虽然在历史上长期和内地制度不同，但就开展公民与道德教育这方面来说，由于制度的不同，港澳台地区在探索开展公民与道德教育这一过程中也积累了非常丰富的经验，值得我们内地借鉴和思考。本文主要是对港澳台地区公民与道德教育进行简单的梳理，并对三个地区进行比较，最后得出对内地青年德育的重要启示。
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are indivisible parts of our country, as is known to all, HK was occupied by the UK, Macao by Portugal. Originally Taiwan and Mainland had the same origin, but after the KMT withdrew to Taiwan in 1949. different social system are implemented in Taiwan and the Mainland. Although for a long time, Taiwan, HK, and Macao had different system in history from the Mainland, as far as the education of citizen and morality is concerned, the regions of HK, Macao, and Taiwan have rich experience in this aspect, which are worth using for our reference and thinking. The education of citizens and morality in the 3 regions are carded and compared, and the enlightenment of the education in the 3 regions on the morality education is gotten finally.
