摘要
本文分析了香港公民教育的历史进程、特点和存在的问题，评述迈向21世纪的香港公民教育应放眼培养广义的公民，并着重就广义的公民教育内容进行论述。
In this paper the issue of Hong Kong's citizenship education is analyzed with regard to its historical course, characteristic features and existing problems. It is pointed out that Hong Kong's citizenship education towards the 21st century should look forward to cultivating citizens in the broad sense of the term, with emphasis on expounding the contents of Hong Kong's citizenship education in a broad sense.
