摘要
目的:了解婴幼儿经常食用的奶粉伴侣中微生物的污染状况。方法:2016年在我国8个省(直辖市)采集奶粉伴侣864份,按照食品安全国家标准方法检测菌落总数、大肠菌群、阪崎肠杆菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌。结果:1.04%(9/864)的奶粉伴侣菌落总数>10~4cfu/g,0.12%(1/864)大肠菌群>10~2cfu/g,未检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌,但1份样品检出阪崎肠杆菌。结论:奶粉伴侣微生物污染水平较低。
[Objective] To investigate microbiological contamination in milk powder partners which are often consumed by infants and young children. [Method] In 2016,864 cases of milk powder partners were sampled from 8 provinces and examined for Aerobic bacterial count ,Coliform,Enterobacter sakazakii,Listeria monocytogenes,Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella according to the food safety national standard methods. [Result] A total of 1.04 % (9/864)of the samples were contaminated with Aerobic bacterial count above 10 4 cfu/g,and 0.12 % (1/864)of the samples were contaminated with Coliform above 10 2 cfu/g. Listeria monocytes,Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella was not detected in any sample,but Enterobacter sakazakii was found in one sample. [Conclusion] The level of microbial contamination in milk powder partners was low.
