我国婴幼儿奶粉市场消费现状与对策 被引量:14

摘要 我国是世界人口第一大国,相应的婴幼儿人数也非常庞大,这就必然形成了巨大的婴幼儿奶粉需求。"三聚氰胺"事件后,国产奶粉销量锐减,进口奶粉逐渐占领我国婴幼儿奶粉主流市场。在国产奶粉价格更为合理、质量不断提升之后,其销量仍然远远低于进口奶粉。本文提出了提升国产奶粉竞争力的建议:加强奶源建设,完善奶源追溯体系;提升奶粉科技含量,建立品牌形象;改善营销策略,提升消费者认知水平;加大政府对乳制品企业扶持与监管力度等。 With the largest population in the world, China has a huge number of infants and children, and in consequence the demand of infant milk powder is very massive. After the event of melamine scandal in 2008, the market share of domestic milk powder consumption in China decreased seriously and the imported milk powder has encroached on the market share of domestic milk powder. Even as the domestic companies have improved the quality of the infant milk powder and its price is more reasonable, the sales of domestic infant milk powder are still much lower than the imported infant milk powder. Thus some recommendations are put forward for the improvement of the competitiveness of domestic infant milk powder, such as strengthening the construction of milk source, enhancing domestic infant milk powder's technical level, promoting brand image, improving domestic companies' marketing strategies, enhancing consumers' cognitive level, and strengthening the government's supervision in infant milk powder industry.
