中医药院校开展德育答辩工作的思考 被引量:1

摘要 德育答辩工作,是转变思政教育工作模式,发挥学生的主观能动性的一项思政教育创新举措,核心是引导学生自己制定发展目标和行动计划,通过开题、中期和答辩等手段对学生进行监督、激励,从而提升学生个体的思政素养。围绕德育答辩的基本经验、实施效果、影响因素和提升对策4个问题进行分析,认为目前德育答辩工作在提升中医药院校思政教育的针对性和亲和力上有一定的实效,但是德育答辩工作的实效受到学生自我发展计划和实施质量、学生工作队伍的辅导能力以及学校资源支持等各项因素的影响,未来要进一步提升德育答辩工作的质量,就要将德育答辩工作与高校日常思政教育工作相结合,与学生工作队伍日常辅导相结合,与高校思政教育形成性评价工作相结合。 Moral defense works, as an innovation measure, can change mode of ideological and political education and give students' subjective initiative into full play. The center is to guide students themselves to make their own development objectives and action plans. The ideological and political quality will be improved in each studentthrough supervision and motivation of thesis proposal, middle-term examination and defenses. There are 4 aspectsincluding basic experiences, complementation effects, influencing factors and promotion countermeasures analyzedaround moral defense, and pertinency and appetency of ideological and political education have showed some actualeffect in TCM universities. However, the actual effects of moral defense works are affected by students' self-development plans and complementation quality, tutoring ability of student affair teams and resource support inuniversities. For further improving the quality of moral defense works, they should be integrated with dailyideological and political education works, daily counseling works and formative appraisement works.
