摘要
采用共沉淀法,以(NH_4)_2CO_3为沉淀剂制备钙钛矿型催化剂LaMn_xFe_(1-x)O_3(x=0,0. 2,0. 4,0. 6,0. 8,1. 0),其结构和性能经XRD、BET、H_2-TPR、SEM和TG-DSC表征。以催化甲烷燃烧为目标反应,考察了其催化性能,研究不同量离子掺杂对催化剂性能影响。结果表明:随着Mn离子掺杂量增加,催化剂的比表面积先变大后变小;LaMn_(0. 2)Fe_(0. 8)O_3的比表面积为42. 1 m^2·g^(-1),催化活性最好,起燃温度Tl0%为400℃,完全转化温度T90%为550℃。
A series of perovskite catalysts LaMnxFe1-x O3 (x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0) were prepared by co-precipitation method using (NH 4 ) 2 CO 3 as precipitator. The structures and properties were characterized by XRD, BET, H 2 -TPR, SEM and TG-DSC. Effects of the amount of Mn 2+ and Fe 3+ on catalytic properties of LaMnxFe1-xO3 for methane combustion were studied. The results showed that the specific surface area rise, then gradually reduce with increasing of Mn 2+ amount. The catalyst LaMn 0.2 Fe 0.8O3 retains a specific surface area of 42.1 m 2 ·g -1 and shows an excellent activity for methane combustion, the conversion of 10% and 90% is obtained at 400 ℃ and 550 ℃, respectively.
