摘要
采用催化燃烧的方式对通风瓦斯(VAM)进行利用,其生命力就在于催化剂能够在含有多种可能影响催化剂性能的杂质以及高流速的VAM气流中仍然保持较高的催化活性。本文主要介绍了Pd基负载型VAM燃烧催化剂失活的因素,分析了不同影响因素对Pd基催化剂活性的影响,并对催化剂的再生方法和再生效率方面的研究进展进行了总结,为设计更加高效的通风瓦斯催化燃烧催化剂提供理论借鉴。
It is of great advantage to utilize ventilation air methane(VAM)by catalytic combustion.However,its vitality lies in that the catalyst can maintain high catalytic activity during its exposure to VAM flow with high volumes and impurities which have the potential to affect the performance.This paper mainly introduces the deactivation factors of Pd-based supported VAM combustion catalysts,analyses the influence of different factors on the activity of Pd-based catalysts,and summarizes the research progress of regeneration methods and regeneration efficiency of catalysts,which provides theoretical reference for designing more efficient catalytic combustion catalysts for VAM.
