以文丘里投药设备项目驱动化工原理教学的探索与实践

摘要 化学工程原理与工程设备有着密切的联系,但学生并不容易掌握。为提高学生学习兴趣,提高教学效果,本文以文丘里投药设备的研发为目标,尝试项目驱动教学法在化工原理教学中的应用,在教师引导下,学生根据所学知识进行设计和操作,提高学生依据所学知识进行实践的能力与意识。 The course of chemical engineering principle has a close relationship with engineering and equipment, but noteasy to learn by the students. To improve the students' interests and the teaching effect, the project driven teachingmethod was introduced and Venturi dosing equipment was used in teaching. The students made their designs andconducted operations according to the knowledge acquired in class under the guidance of the teacher. As a result, theirability of learning and practice was both improved.
