摘要
通过对我国的预制装配式施工现场进行分析,阐述目前预制式装配外墙防水技术出现的问题。经过研究分析将材料防水以及结构防水技术共同应用,能够明显改善预制装配式建筑外墙密封出现的渗水问题,建筑行业工作人员应当加大对材料研发的投入,规范施工标准,以此提高我国的预制装配式建筑水平,推动建筑行业的发展。
In this paper, through the analysis of the construction site of prefabricated building in China, the problems of the waterproof technology of the exterior wall of prefabricated building are expounded. Through research and analysis to the material is waterproof and common application structure waterproof technology, can greatly improve the prefabricated building exterior wall sealing, water seepage problems of the construction industry workers should increase investment in material research and development, and formulate the relevant construction standards, in order to improve the level of prefabricated construction, promote the development of construction industry.
