摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,出现了很多装配式建筑。而在装配式建筑的建设过程中使用BIM技术可以及时发现设计与施工过程中存在的问题,从而减少工程变更,降低工程成本。论文介绍了BIM技术及其特点,探讨了BIM技术在装配式房屋建设中的应用。
With the continuous development of science and technology,many prefabricated buildings appeared.The application of BIM technology in the construction of prefabricated buildings can timely find problems in the design and construction process,so as to reduce engineering changes and engineering costs.This paper introduces the BIM technology and its characteristics,and discusses the application of BIM technology in the construction of prefabricated buildings.
