摘要
近年来随着中国建筑业绿色可持续发展的要求不断提高,国家大力支持推行装配式建设,“建筑工业化”的概念应运而生,但由于建设成本高这一主要因素限制了其发展的速度与普及性。该文在深入探讨装配式建筑特征及成本构成的基础上,通过提供基于BIM技术的装配式建筑成本管控要点,希望能够有效降低装配式施工建设成本,推动“建筑工业化”的发展,助力中国制造2035“基本实现新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化,建成现代化经济体系”的方针政策。
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the requirements of green and sustainable development of China's construction industry,the state strongly supports the implementation of assembly construction,and the concept of"construction industrialization"arises at the historic moment.However,the speed and popularity of its development are limited by the main factor of high construction cost.This paper bases on the in-depth discussion of the characteristics and cost composition of prefabricated buildings,by providing the key points of cost management and control of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology,it is hoped that it can effectively reduce the cost of prefabricated construction,promote the development of"construction industrialization",and contribute to the principle and policy of"basically realizing new industrialization,informationization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and building a modern economic system"formanufacture in China 2035.
