摘要
介绍了预制装配式(PC)建筑外墙垂直接缝与水平接缝的防水密封设计与选材,指出耐候型聚氨酯密封胶在性能上可满足PC接缝的要求,但是现在此类胶的研发与生产还不能满足市场的需求,因此其发展潜力较大。
The article introduces the waterproofing sealing design and material selection for vertical and horizontal joints of pre-cast concrete building outer walls, and it points out weather-proof polyurethane sealant can meet the joint performance requirements of PC buildings, but the research ＆ development as well as manufacture cannot satisfy the market demand, so there is great development potential.
