摘要 大量研究显示,随着人口老龄化的加剧,钙化性主动脉瓣疾病发病率逐年上升。目前研究发现其是一类涉及内皮损伤、基质重塑、血管生成、钙化、骨形成及多种血管活性肽等参与的主动过程,其中血管活性肽较受关注。而且,目前尚无有效的药物治疗方案。近年来,他汀类药物及肾素-血管紧张素抑制剂的疗效备受关注,但结论尚不一致。基于此,现就钙化性主动脉瓣疾病的研究进展及治疗做一综述。 Numerous studies have shown that the incidence of calcification aortic valve disease increased with the aging population.Recent studies found that it is an active process involving endothelial injury,matrix remodeling,angiogenesis,calcification,bone formation,vasoactive peptides,etc.Currently,there is no effective medical therapy.Several studies investigated the role of statins and renin-angiotensin system inhibitors,but the conclusion is not consistent.This paper reviewed the basic research progress and treatment advancement of calcific aortic valve disease.
