摘要
研究了采用挤塑聚苯板为芯材,基层使用轻质浮石混凝土并且包裹保温板材,制作成为新型的复合外墙保温挂板。以轻质、高强、保温为主要设计目的,对浮石轻质混凝土的配比以及性能进行了研究和优化,讨论了复合外挂板的制作工艺以及保温性能,最后对复合外挂板的安装施工工艺进行了分析和研究。
The extruded polystyrene board is utilizedas core material, lightweight pumice concrete isused as basic material wrapping the insulation board, making a new type of insulation composite wallhanging plate. For the main design purpose of light, high strength and thermal insulation, the ratio ofpumice lightweight concrete and properties are studied and optimized. The production process of compositeboard andinsulation performance are discussed. The installation and construction process of compoundsheet are investigated and analyzed.
