摘要
以磷酸镁水泥(magnesium phosphate cement,MPC)为胶凝材料制备出了表观密度为1800-750 kg/m3的可用于结构的磷酸镁水泥-聚苯乙烯泡沫(MPC-EPS)混凝土.试验研究了MPC-EPS混凝土的力学性能、干缩性能、吸水率及抗冻融和干湿循环能力.结果表明:MPC-EPS混凝土具有较高的早期强度,且EPS掺量越大,其早期强度发展越快;与普通水泥为胶凝材料的EPS混凝土相比,MPC-EPS混凝土具有较低的干缩变形和吸水率,是一种耐久性良好的保温隔热材料.
The present work aims to develop a class of structural grade expanded polystyrene(EPS) concrete with a wide range of concrete densities between 750 kg/m^3 and 1 800 kg/m^3 through replacement of cement with magnesium phosphate cement(MPC). The focus of this paper is to characterize the strength, drying shrinkage and water absorption properties of MPC-EPS concrete. The results show that the MPC-EPS concrete has high early strength and the strength develops faster with the content of EPS increased at early ages. Besides, the drying shrinkage and water absorption observed for MPC-EPS concrete is much lower than that of EPS concrete with cement. The results indicate that MPC-EPS is a heat-proof building material with good durability.
