摘要
为研究浮石轻骨料混凝土中不同掺量(0%、0.01%、0.02%、0.03%)的引气剂对浮石混凝土含气量、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响,通过硬化混凝土气泡间距分析仪测得浮石轻骨料混凝土的气泡特征参数,通过灰色关联思想,分析比较各个气泡参数对引气混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:引气剂的加入使混凝土抗压和劈裂抗拉强度均下降,当掺量为0.02%时,气泡间距系数对引气浮石混凝土抗压和劈裂抗拉强度的影响程度最大,与掺量为0%相比,当气泡间距系数小于0.229mm时,混凝土抗压和劈裂抗拉强度均下降。气泡的平均弦长对引气浮石混凝土韧性的影响程度最大,当气泡的平均弦长小于0.1mm时,混凝土韧性最好。
To study the different air entraining agent content(0%,0.01%,0.02%,0.03%)within pumice lightweight aggregate concrete on pumice concrete gas content,the splitting tensile strength and compressive strength,the pumice lightweight aggregate concrete bubble characteristic parameters were obtained through hardened concrete spacing analyzer.The grey relational analysis thought was also performed comparison of the influence of various parameters on the bubble of air entraining concrete mechanical properties.The results showed that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete decreased with the addition of air entraining agent.When the content was 0.02%,the effects of spacing factor of air entrained pumice concrete on the compressive and splitting tensile strength reached the peak.As compared with the dosage of 0%,when the spacing factor is less than 0.229 mm,the compressive and splitting tensile strength decreased.Influence of average chord length bubble of air entrained pumice concrete toughness,the concrete has the best toughness when the average bubble chord length is less than0.1 mm.
