摘要
以内蒙古天然浮石作为粗骨料,配制LC30、LC35两种强度的天然浮石混凝土为研究对象,研究不同龄期对天然浮石混凝土立方体抗压和劈裂抗拉的影响,进行轴向抗压和立方体抗压的换算,进行弹性模量和泊松比试验研究其变形性能,并借助环境扫描电镜观察分析其微观结构。结果表明:随着龄期的增加,在90 d内浮石混凝土几乎呈线性增长,轴向抗压和立方体抗压的换算系数为0.84左右,其弹性模量和泊松比低于普通混凝土,龄期的增加浮石水泥砂浆界面连接更加紧密,提高其力学性能。
Inner Mongolia natural pumice as coarse aggregate by this test,the natural pumice concrete of LC30 and LC35 were prepared,the effects of different ages on the compressive and splitting of natural pumice cubes were studied,conversion of axial compression and cube compression,the deformation properties of elastic modulus and poisson ratio were studied,the microstructure was analyzed by environmental scanning electron microscope.The results show that in 90d,the growth of pumice concrete is almost linear with the increase of age,the conversion coefficient of axial compression and cube compression is about 0.84,the elastic modulus and Poisson ratio are lower than ordinary concrete,by increasing the age,the pumice cement mortar interface is more closely connected,improve its mechanical properties.
