摘要
目的:观察早期综合治疗干预季节性过敏性鼻炎(SAR)临床疗效。方法:将80例15岁以上SAR患者在冬至或立夏未发病前随机分为空白组(21例)、针刺组(16例)、中药组(21例)、联合组(22例),所有病例均给予健康教育,针刺组针刺"新吾穴",1次/周,连续治疗6次;中药组口服酸枣仁汤加味,联合组是针刺和中药联合治疗。其中有9例患者中途退出,比较观察SAR患者1年前立春或立秋发病第1周症状与第2年立冬或立夏无症状期治疗6周后的鼻部症状(TNSS)、日常生活质量问卷(Mini-RQLQ)及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,除中药组在鼻塞症状方面外,3个治疗组在改善鼻塞、喷嚏、鼻痒、流涕、Mini-RQLQ评分等方面较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),且较空白组效果更优(P<0.05)。3个治疗组临床总有效率较空白组显著升高(P<0.05)。其中,联合组总有效率达89.5%。结论:在立冬和立夏无症状期间进行针刺与中药综合治疗会更有效的干预SAR患者发病症状。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of early comprehensive treatment intervention for seasonal allergic rhinitis（SAR）. Methods： Eighty patients with SAR over 15 years old were randomized into the blank group（20 cases）, the acupuncture group（16 cases）, the Chinese medicine group（21 cases）, and the combination group（22 cases） before winter solstice or beginning of summer. All cases were given health education. Acupuncture group was prodded Xinwu point, once a week, continuously treated for 6 times. The Chinese medicine group orally took Suanzaoren Decoction, and the combined group took acupuncture and Chinese medicine combination treatment. Nine patients of them dropped out. The symptoms of nasal symptoms（TNSS） and Mini-RQLQ of SAR patients between the first week of beginning of spring or autumn 1 year ago and 6 weeks later of asymptomatic treatment at winter solstice or beginning of summer in the second year were compared. Results： After treatment, except for the symptoms of nasal obstruction in the traditional Chinese medicine group, the nasal obstruction, sneezing, nasal itching, runny nose, and Mini-RQLQ scores in the three treatment groups were significantly improved（P〈0.05）, and the effects were better than that in the blank group（P〈0.05）. The clinical total effective rates of the three treatment groups was significantly higher than that in the blank group（P〈0.05）. The combination was about 89.5%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment during the asymptomatic period of winter solstice and beginning of summer will be more effective in intervening in the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in beginning of spring and autumn.
