摘要
超效率DEA能克服传统DEA中同时出现多个有效情况时无法对评价单元作进一步评判的缺陷,能够对多个有效有效的评价单元进行更细致的分析和排序,提高了决策的分辨力。运用超效率DEA对山东部分城市经济发展质量和效益进行了评价,结果表明,山东大部分城市经济发展质量和效益较好,区分出发展质量同时有效的城市的效益指数的高低。
Super-efficient DEA can overcome the defect that traditional DEA can not make further judgment when multiple effective units appear simultaneously. It can analyze and sort multiple effective units. The quality and effectiveness of economic development in some cities of Shandong were evaluated by super efficiency DEA. The results show that the economic development quality and benefit of most cities in Shandong Province are better, and the economic benefit index of cities with good development quality and effective development quality can be distinguished.
