摘要 为实现设备的自动化运转,控制系统一般由触摸屏、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)及模块、变频器和辅助器件等组成。这种控制方式抗干扰能力差、采集运行信号少、响应速度和精度差、接线复杂、电器成本高、对开发设计和调试人员在技术方面有较高要求,并且在系统发生故障时不能快速定位故障点。为提高抗干扰能力、实现更简洁的控制、进一步提高响应速度和精度,用工业触摸屏通过Modbus通讯方式直接控制、采集运行数据并监控变频器的运行,达到相同控制效果下简化设计、提高自动化的目的。 In order to realize the automatic operation of the equipment, the automatic control system is commonly composed of touch panel, programmable logic controller(PLC) and module, frequency converter, and auxiliary devices.This control method has the disadvantages of poor anti-interference ability, less acquisition operation signal, poor response speed and accuracy, complex wiring, high cost of electrical equipment, high technical requirements for development and debugging personnel, and can't quickly locate the fault point when the system failure occurs. In order to enhance the antiinterference ability, to realize the more concise control, and further to improve the response speed and precision, the paper introduced a new control system based on Modbus protocol, which used the industrial touch screen directly to control and collect operation data, and monitor the operation of the frequency converter. The new system has simplified the design and improved the level of automation on the basis of same control effect.
