摘要
“华龙一号”核电厂燃料转运装置采用了双驱动配双向离合器接力运输的设计方案,需要研发一套全新的燃料转运装置控制系统。控制系统需要实现双驱动接力启停控制、转运小车位置精确测量、避免齿轮齿条干涉等关键功能。针对这些关键功能,结合燃料转运装置的功能要求,提出了控制系统的硬件配置架构,研究了控制程序的设计与实现,细化了各个程序模块功能和转运小车的控制逻辑实现。控制系统优化软硬件设计使用了现场总线和工业以太网通信技术,多处采用了冗余的硬件配置和软件设计,有效提升了可用性和可靠性。研发的控制程序可有效适配双驱动配双向离合器接力控制,最终实现了转运小车的精确位置测量和平稳接力运行。该研究完成了具有自主知识产权的燃料转运装置控制系统,并在国内外核电领域具有创新性,达到国际先进水平。
The fuel transfer device of“HPR1000”nuclear power plant adopts the design scheme of double drive and two-way clutch relay transport,which requires the development of a new fuel transfer device control system.The control system needs to realize the key functions of dual-drive relay start-stop control,accurate measurement of the transfer car position and avoidance of rack and pinion interference.Aiming at these key functions,combined with the functional requirements of the fuel transfer device,the hardware configuration architecture of the control system is proposed,the design and implementation of the control program are studied,and the functions of each program module and the control logic implementation of the transport vehicle are detailed.The control system optimizes the hardware and software design,uses the field bus and the industrial Ethernet communication technology,and adopts the redundant hardware configuration and software design in many places,which effectively improves the availability and reliability.The developed control program is effectively adapted to the relay control of double drive and two-way clutch,and finally realizes the precise position measurement and smooth relay operation of the transport car.The research has completed the fuel transfer device control system with independent intellectual property rights and is innovative in the field of nuclear power at home and abroad,reaching the international advanced level.
