摘要
本文记载并分析成都中医药大学伤寒专家傅元谋教授治疗急性鼻窦炎的一则典型病案。证候貌似"实热壅盛",实为"阳气被遏"证,如何去伪存真,辨清寒热虚实?细认咽部症状,暗红或淡红,夜间痛甚,均为阳气虚冷,实为辨寒热之要点;六脉弱,双寸不满位、寸去,关不耐按,均为气虚见证,实为辨虚实之核心。
The paper Records and analyzes a typical acute nasosinusitis case of Professor Fu Yuanmou who is a professor of typhoid fever at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. How- to differentiate correctly “Syndrome of obstruction of Yang Qi” that seems “ Excess-heat Syndrome”,the paper provides reference for distinguishing cold and heat syndrome as well as deficiency and excess syndrome. That dark red or pale red throat and sore throat aggravates at night mean lacking of Yang Qi; Week pulse and the Cun pulse cannot reach the location where it should be, those mean Qi-deficiency.
