摘要
文章探讨阳虚与肿瘤形成的关系,认为阳虚是肿瘤形成的根本原因。中医学认为肿瘤属积聚范畴,自《素问》"阳化气,阴成行"即有论述,阳气虚,温煦功能减弱,寒凝痰浊内生,积聚乃成。现代医学研究阳虚导致的寒凝痰浊是促进肿瘤生长的条件和基础内环境。阳虚状态下机体免疫功能低下,寒凝血液处于高凝状态,痰浊互结肿块形成,这种病理改变是肿瘤形成的必要条件。
This article aims to discuss the relationship between the yang deficiency and tumor formation, and deem that Yang deficiency is the fundamental reason of tumor formation. Traditional Chinese medicine regarded that tumor is attributed to the category of amassment and accumulation, which is from the description of Suwen as yang transforming qi while yin constituting form. Modern medical research showed that coagulated cold and turbid phlegm caused by yang deficiency was the underlying environment and condition to promote tumor growth. Under yang deficiency state, lower immune function, hypercoagulable blood, and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis in bodies may promote tumor formation, and this pathological change is a necessary condition for tumor formation.
