摘要
对唐兴荣教授辨治不孕症的学术思想及临床经验进行总结、探讨。唐教授临床治疗不孕症以"分男女、辨虚实、分步论治、重视生活习惯的影响"的辨治思路为特色,"通、和、补"三法结合,以"和阴阳"为治疗核心,临证时将不孕症患者分为肝郁、肾虚、血瘀、痰湿4个主要证型进行辨证论治,临床疗效颇佳。附典型病案1则以验证。
This paper summarizes and discusses professor TANG Xingrong＇ s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating infertility. Followed the principles of ＂considering different gender, distinguishing deficiency and excess, treating step by step and emphasizing influence of habits and customs ＂ ,professor TANG Xingrong take ＂harmonizing yin and yang＂ as healing core, combined three methods,＂ dredging＂ ,＂regulating＂ and ＂tonifying＂ to treat infertility, in clinic, he often divides patients with infertility into 4 main types, liver depression, kidney deficien- cy, blood stasis and phlegm-dampness, then, treats them based on syndrome differentiation,which has got a satisfied effect. One typical case is attached for verification.
