摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗联合对症护理干预对乙型病毒性肝炎患者的疗效影响。方法将2015年6月至2017年6月我院收治的82例乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规西药治疗及常规临床护理,观察组实施中西医结合治疗联合对症护理干预。比较两组患者的疗效、肝功能、肝纤维化指标、生活质量、遵医行为及复发情况。结果观察组患者疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),ALB、ALT、TBIL均低于对照组(P<0.05),C-IV、PC-Ⅲ、HA、LN均低于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活、运动功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),规律生活、服药依从、定期复查情况均高于对照组(P<0.05),复发、症状反复及肝功能异常情况均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合联合对症护理干预治疗乙型病毒性肝炎疗效显著,副作用小,有利于提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of viral hepatitis type B patients with integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with symptomatic nursing intervention. Methods To select 82 cases of patients with viral hepatitis type B who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 as subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and routine clinical care. The observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with symptomatic nursing intervention. The curative effect,liver function,liver fibrosis index,quality of life,compliance behavior and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had better efficacy than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. ALB,ALT,and TBIL were all lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. C-IV,PC-III,HA,and LN were all lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of daily life,motor function,psychological function,and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The regular life,medication compliance,and regular review status were all higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence,symptom recurrence,and abnormal liver function were all lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with symptomatic nursing intervention has significant curative effect on the treatment of viral hepatitis type B with little side effects,which is beneficial to improve clinical efficacy,and improve the quality of life of patient.
