摘要
目的分析慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者行护理干预的效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年10月收治的116例乙型病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行整体护理干预,对比两组患者干预后治疗依从性、生活质量情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组各项治疗依从性评分更高(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组各项生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者行整体护理干预的效果显著,利于提高患者生活质量与治疗依从性。
Objective to analyze effect of nursing intervention on chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods choose 116 cases hepatitis B patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019,divide them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with holistic nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Compare treatment compliance and life quality of two groups.Results treatment compliance scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion holistic nursing intervention can achieve significant effect on chronic hepatitis B patients,which is conductive to improving life quality and treatment compliance.
