摘要
2015年李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出"互联网+"行动计划。以互联网应用为代表的新一代信息技术逐步深入各行各业。独立学院作为中国高等教育的新兴产物,如何利用信息技术,助推青年教师科研能力提升,是值得研究的问题。论文从独立学院青年教师科研能力发展困境进行分析,结合互联网技术,探索提升青年教师科研能力和科研素质的路径。
In 2015, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the ＂internet ＋＂ action plan for the first time in the report on the work of the government. The new generation of information technology, represented by the internet applications, has gradually penetrated into all walks of life. The independent college is a new product of higher education in China, how to use the information technology to promote young teachers＇ scientific research ability is a problem worth studying. The paper analyzes the plight of the development of young teachers＇ scientific research ability in independent colleges, and explores the ways to improve young teachers＇ scientific research ability and quality by combining internet technology.
