摘要
针对常规压滤机液压系统存在油缸回油冲击振动大的问题,进行压滤机液压系统动力模块的改进设计。总结分析压滤机的结构和原理,设立压滤机系统动力模块改进设计优化措施,阐述压滤机液压系统动力模块改进过程。改进后的压滤机液压系统动力模块,有效减轻了机构产生的冲击振动,大幅提升了压滤机的工作效率。
In view of the problem that the hydraulic system of the conventional pressure filter has a big shock vibration of oil cylinder back to oil, it is necessary to improve the design of the dynamic module of the hydraulic system of the filter press. This method first summarizes the structure and principle of the filter press, and sets up the optimization design of the dynamic module of the filter press system, and expounds the improvement of the dynamic module of the hydraulic system of the press filter press. The improved filter press hydraulic system power module effectively reduces the impact vibration produced by the mechanism, and increasingly improves the working efficiency of the filter press.
