摘要
以山西长治某污水处理厂为例,对污泥生产烧结砖的应用进行了研究。通过试验确定了污泥以9%~10%的比例掺配在黏土内生产烧结砖是合理的,可以实现污泥的充分利用,此时生产的烧结砖的抗压强度、密度、保温隔热性能、重金属含量均符合生产要求。该项目经济净效益为每年1 100万元,社会经济效益显著。
Taking a sewage treatment plant in Changzhi,Shanxi as an example,a study was conducted on the utilization of sludge in the production of sintered bricks.It has been determined through experiments that it is reasonable to mix sludge in a ratio of 9%to 10%in clay to produce sintered bricks,which can achieve full utilization of sludge.At this time,the compressive strength,density,insulation performance,and heavy metal content of the produced sintered bricks meet production requirements.The net economic benefit of this project is 11 million yuan per year,with significant social and economic benefits.
