头痛宁胶囊对偏头痛大鼠血清中NO、脑组织中5-HT、β-EP的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过模型动物实验观察头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的治疗效果。方法:通过硝酸甘油建模观察偏头痛模型分组观察偏头痛模型大鼠的脑组织中的5-HT、β-EP水平及血清NO与空白组及在头痛宁胶囊药物作用下的不同变化,并进行统计分析。结果:头痛宁大、中、小剂量组大鼠NO的含量较模型组明显减少,有显著性差异(P<0.01),头痛宁大、中剂量组脑干5-HT阳性细胞增加明显,中剂量组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高剂量组与模型组和空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除头痛宁大剂量组下丘脑组织中β-EP与模型组及空白组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)外,其余各组与模型组及空白组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。头痛宁大剂量组与正天丸组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:头痛宁胶囊能够显著改善硝酸甘油致偏头痛大鼠的行为学症状,能够调节机体有关神经元,造成NO的分泌减少,5-HT的分泌增加,使神经递质的分泌趋于正常的水平,同时β-EP的分泌增加,使痛阈提高,从而减轻疼痛。 Objective:Model animal experiment to observe the effect of Toutongning capsule on migraine treatment. Methods: To apply nitroglycerin to rats to establish a model,observea the effect of Toutongning capsule on serum NO and 5-HT expression,brain β-EP. Results:Compared with the normal control group and the normal control group,the number of positive cells in the high-dose treatment group increased significantly compared with the normal control group ( P 〈0.01). The number of 5-HT positive cells in the medium-dose treatment group was significantly different from that in the model control group ( P 〈0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control group and the blank control group. There were significant differences ( P 〈0.01),but there was no significant difference in the content of β-EP between the middle-dose group and the low-dose group ( P 〉 0.05). The difference between the control group and the control group was statistically significant ( P 〈0.01). Conclusions: The experimental results show that the serum levels of NO in model animals are higher than normal animals,and the contents of 5-HT and β-EP are lower,which is basically consistent with the previous experimental materials. Toutong ning capsule can regulate the body-related neurons,so that the hyperactive neurons are inhibited,so that NO reduces secretion,the cerebral vascular permeability is reduced to normal levels,the neuronal secretion function is enhanced,5-HT and β-EP increase,Abnormal neurotransmitters tend to normal biochemical levels.
