摘要
目的观察调神开郁针法结合眼针治疗紧张性头痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将紧张性头痛患者60例分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组予调神开郁针法与眼针结合的治疗方案,对照组予常规针刺方案,均治疗4个疗程后运用统计学方法对两组患者的头痛情况(头痛程度、持续时间、头痛指数)、焦虑抑郁情况的评价指标及临床疗效进行分析。结果观察组患者治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、头痛持续时间、头痛指数均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组患者治疗后VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),头痛持续时间、头痛指数均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);两组治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗后的HAMA评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),HAMD评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.3%优于对照组的76.7%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调神开郁针法结合眼针治疗紧张性头痛,可明显降低患者头痛程度、持续时间、头痛指数,改善患者焦虑、抑郁的不良精神心理状态效果优于常规针刺。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tiao Shen Kai Yu Needing(anti-depression and regulating mind)combined with eye acupuncture on tension-type headache.Methods A total of 60 patients with tension-type headache were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the combination of Tiao Shen Kai Yu Needing and eye acupuncture while the control group was treated with the conventional acupuncture.After 4 courses of treatment,the results of the headache status(headache degree,duration,headache index),the evaluation indexes of anxiety and depression and the clinical efficacy of two groups were analyzed by statistical methods.Results After the treatment,VAS score,headache duration and headache index in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.01),and the differences between groups were significance(P<0.01).In the control group,VAS score was lower(P<0.05),headache duration and headache index were significantly lower(P<0.01)after the treatment.The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),the between-group difference of HAMA score has obvious significance(P<0.01),and HAMD score has statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3%in the observation group and 76.7%in the control group,and the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Tiao Shen Kai Yu Needing combined with eye acupuncture in the treatment of tension-type headache is better than that of conventional acupuncture,which can significantly reduce the headache degree,duration,headache index of patients,and improve the adverse mental and psychological states of anxiety and depression.
