摘要
少数民族地区形成了特色化的文化传统和语言传统,对这些文化遗产进行整理和保护尤为重要。当地的图书馆需要积极针对多元文化服务需求,建设少数民族地区图书馆多元化组织;提高图书馆馆员的多元文化素养;构建多元文化馆藏资源;加强图书馆多元文化资源的共享和服务工作经验的借鉴;丰富多元服务形式,延伸多元服务范围,以促进少数民族地区图书馆服务功能的拓展与健康发展。
Minority nationality regions have formed special cultural tradition and language tradition,and it is of great importance to organize and protect these cultural heritages. On the basis of the needs of multi-cultural services,local libraries need to actively build diversified organizations of library in minority areas,improve the multicultural appreciation of librarians,construct multicultural collection resources,strengthen the sharing of multi-cultural resources and service work experience,enrich diversified service forms,and extend the range of services,so as to promote the healthy development of library services in minority areas.
