摘要
阐述了多元文化的涵义、形成背景及其社会价值,论述了多元文化在世界范围内的发展趋势和我国当今社会注重开发、利用多元文化的必要性,提出了网络环境条件下的图书馆开展多元文化服务应采取的策略和具体措施。
This paper expounded the meaning, the formation background and social value of multi-culture in the world, discussed the development trend in the whole world and the necessity of both developing and utilizing multi-culture in China, put forward some practicable strategy and measures in detail for library to provide better multicultural ser- vices under intemet circumstances.
