摘要
[目的/意义]文化生态概念的提出对图书馆服务内容、服务方式和服务环境都产生了更为多元化的要求。[方法/过程]本文结合多元文化的发展趋势,从生态文化对图书馆发展的影响入手,阐述图书馆多元文化的发展需求;同时剖析国内图书馆多元文化建设馆藏资源内容单一、文化传播范围狭窄、阅读空间落后等困境,分析了文化生态概念的融入对图书馆提升服务方式、均衡服务内容和强化服务对象三点现实意义,最后提出建立无差异的信息服务方式、延伸服务措施、提升馆员文化素养、满足用户多元个性需求四点创新发展路径。[结果/结论]本文完善了文化生态视角下图书馆多元文化机制的建设。
[Purpose/significance]The concept of cultural ecology has brought about more diversified requirements for library service contents,service modes and service environment.[Method/process]Based on the development trend of multi culture,this paper expounds the demand of library multi-culture development from the influence of ecological culture on its development.Meanwhile,it analyzes the difficulties in the multi-culture construction of domestic libraries,such as the single collection resources,the narrow range of cultural communication,and the backwardness of reading spaces,etc.,and analyzes the practical significance of the integration of the concept of cultural ecology to the improvement of the service mode,the balanced service content and the enhancement of the service objects.In the end,four innovative development paths are proposed,including establishing undifferentiated information service mode,extending service measures,enhancing librarians’cultural quality and meeting users’diversified individual needs.[Result/conclusion]This paper improves the construction of multicultural mechanism of library from the perspective of cultural ecology.
