石墨烯对聚氨酯和丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂性能影响比较 被引量:8

摘要 采用物理共混的方法制备氧化石墨烯/聚氨酯(GPU)及氧化石墨烯/丙烯酸树脂(GPA)复合涂饰剂,并对其胶膜的断面形貌、热学性能、力学性能及涂层的耐磨性等进行对比分析。结果表明:适量的氧化石墨烯(GO)在水基聚氨酯及丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂中均能分散,但其均匀性聚氨酯优于丙烯酸树脂。当氧化石墨烯良好地分散在聚氨酯及丙烯酸树脂乳液中时,复合材料的热学性能、力学性能以及涂层耐磨性均有较大提升。当GO添加量为0.1%时,聚氨酯复合材料性能整体提升最为明显;对丙烯酸树脂。GO添加量为0.075%时,其性能效果最优。氧化石墨烯对聚氨酯涂饰剂的增强效果明显高于丙烯酸树脂。 The graphene/polyurethane (GPU) and grapheme/acrylic resin (GPA) composite finishing agents were prepared by physical blending method. The morphology, thermal properties, mechanical properties of the films and abrasion resistance of the coating were compared. The results show that the proper amount of grapheme oxide (GO) is well dispersed in polyurethane and acrylic resin. When the graphene oxide is well dispersed in the polyurethane and a- crylic emulsions, the thermal dynamic properties, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of the materials are improved. When the addition amount of grapheme oxide is 0. 1% and 0. 075% respectively, the performances of GPU and GPA composites show the largest improvement obviously. The enhanced effect of GO is greater for polyurethane finishing agent than that of acrylate resin.
