摘要
石墨烯因其特殊的单层、二维纳米尺度结构以及高硬、透明、导电、导热、增强、增韧、吸波等特殊性能,用于皮革制造,可大幅提高皮革及其制品特殊的耐磨耐刮、抗静电、吸波、抗菌、防霉、抗UV老化、阻燃抑烟、电磁屏蔽、远红外保健等高物性和功能性,结合国内外研究现状,对石墨烯在皮革、合成革制造中的应用进行了总结和展望。
Based on its unique mono - atom layer, dimentional nano scale structure and its high hardness, high transparence, high conductivity, high heat- conductivity, microwave- absorption,lubricatin and reinforcement to polymer substrate, grapheme can be employed to produce leather and synthetic leather with high performance and functional characteristics. It could improve properties of leather and synthetic leather including anti - abrasion, anti - scuff, anti - ultraviolet, anti - aging, microwave - absorbing, electromagnetic- shielding, flame- retardant as well as antibacterial properties. Latest progress in studies of grapheme in other fields was introduced and the application prospect of graphene in leather and synthetic leather manufacture was put forward.
