摘要
硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅具有极强的耐酸、耐碱稳定性。通过研究硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅与硝化棉光亮剂、聚氨酯光亮剂涂层的物理机械性能与防水性能,结果表明:适量的硅氧烷功能化石墨烯可以良好地分散在有机硅乳液中,当添加量为0.5%时涂层物理机械性能和防水性能均有较大提升;硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅与聚氨酯的相容性优于硝化棉,当上层涂饰为聚氨酯与硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅共混涂层,顶层涂饰为硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅时,涂层耐磨耗可提升至4级,耐干/湿擦可提升至5级,动态防水17500次不透水,并可赋予成品革优异的油感。
Siloxane-functio nalized graphene modified silicone possesses impressive acid and alkali resistance stability.Based on the investigation of the physical mechanical and waterproof properties of siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone with nitrocellulose brightener and polyurethane brightener coatings,the results showed that an appropriate amount of siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone was well dispersed in the silicone emulsion.In addition,the physical mechanical and waterproof properties of the coating were significantly improved when the loading was 0.5%.Besides,the compatibility of siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone with polyurethane was better than that of nitrocellulose.When the upper coating was finished with polyurethane and siloxanefunctionalized graphene modified silicone blend,and the top coating was coated with siloxanefunctionalized graphene modified silicone,the wear resistance was improved to grade 4,the dry/wet rub resistance was enhanced to grade 5,dynamic waterproof performance lasted for 17500 times,and the finished leather was rendered excellent oil feeling.
